Whyalla Seminar

Last weekend provided us with a fantastic seminar in Whyalla. Under the Instruction of Nishimura Sensei 7th Dan JKA we trained hard for 9 hours over the weekend. Topics covered included use of hips and jiku ashi, weight distribution in stances and Keishi Kihon Ippon Kumite. Thanks to Whyalla Branch for hosting us and we look forward to all in Mildura in a couple of weeks.
