Nishimura Sensei Seminar

Last weekend we had the privaledge of hosting our JKAA Chief Instructor Nishimura Sensei 7th Dan. Under Sensei's instruction we went into depth on the subject of movement and speed. Friday night we went through some interesting kumite combinations involving kaeishi kumite. Saturday was a full day of Kihon, Kumite and Heian Katas. 

Sunday afternoon we studied Unsu and Kanku Sho in depth. 

Overall a fantastic weekend of training with plenty of technical information to take into the dojo and start working on. Oss.
